Wowza, it has been a minute since we did a podcast but I am back and better than ever! In this episode, I get everyone up to speed on the last few months and talk about the plans for the site going forward!
Before we get into today’s episode, I think it is important to share my weight loss update for 2020. This year, on January 1st, my starting weight was 172 pounds, and my body fat was around 20%. As of this week, my weight is down to 168!
