Last night we made wings for the first time at home, I know, crazy right? My wife and I are guilty of eating out way to much which is why we started on our Whole 30 journey in the first place. I got a question on Reddit about the sauces so I thought I would put them here so they are easy to find!
For these wings, I first used the classic BBQ from Primal kitchen for my wife’s wings, I filled a bowl with the BBQ and gave them a toss.

Afterwards, I pulled her wings out and then mixed in some of the Nobile Made hot and spicy sauce. I want to warn you the Nobile Made sauces are closer to a marinade and are not very thick, so use the sauce sparingly.

Wings would not be complete with out fresh celery and ranch to dip it in, for that we poured out some vegan ranch and crunched away.

Hopefully this post shows that just because you are on the Whole 30 doesn’t mean that you don’t get to eat good food. Some of the best food that my wife and I have made at home has been during the Whole 30. What better time then quarantine to take control and eat healthier!
