Something that I really have been focused on lately is being consistent with my goals and holding myself accountable to finishing what I started. One of those goals is to create content for this blog. So, starting this week, I have a new piece of content to post daily. It is a lot to manage but when I started this blog, my goal was to help others and one way I can do that is by writing as often as possible.
My goal for my Sunday reflections is to talk about what challenges I overcame this week, what worked and what didn’t. Hopefully, you will join me as I continue to become the best version of myself that I can. Also, if you have any ideas or suggestions please post them in the comments below!
3 Takeaways from this week
It was really good to go back to church.
This weekend, as I was traveling, I found a church near my hotel. It was really good to take the time to block everything else out and spend time in worship. This is something that I need to focus on more in my travels.
I fell off the wagon, hard
While I was home this week, I fell off the wagon, a lot. I think I ate Dairy queen 3 times this week. That being said, the time I spent with my wife and family was defintely worth it. Now that I am back on the road, it is time to get refocused on my goals and re-dedicate myself to weight loss.
I updated my exercise tech!
This week, I treated myself to a few new tech goodies to keep track of my workouts. Look forward to a full review of my new headphones as well as the Fitbit charge! I am in love with this new tech and can’t wait to share the review with you in the coming weeks.
3 Actions items for this week
